Technology and Planning A Hermann Hill Wedding

Technology has become such an integral part of our daily lives that it is now an essential part of planning our wine country weddings.   Our brides tell us how much they appreciate their Hermann Hill wedding coordinator’s use of a variety of the latest technological tools.  While some prefer email and phone conversations, more and more brides and their wedding consultants include texting for a quick answer to a question.
After word-of-mouth and being a guest at a Hermann Hill wedding, our website is the third reason brides tell us they booked their wedding and reception with us.   Included on the website are YouTube videos to help them get a better understanding of our facility and what we have to offer before they ever book a tour with us.  We just added a mobile app that will also give brides a quick look at some of the highlights of our growing website pages.  When using an ipad, brides can view our website pages in their entirety.
Our Facebook page is also a popular place!  We are working to make it more functional in our ongoing communication with both booked and prospective brides. Following the wedding, our brides and photographers can quickly share wedding photos with us and their friends.  We are learning! LOL!
Twitter seems too limiting for most brides, but we can see its place for future communication with wedding parties.   It may be used for things like directions to a rehearsal dinner and specific messages about the ceremony.
It's amazing how our  Missouri weddings have been enhanced by technology as well as making it easier for the bride. Stay tuned!  We’re only a click, a “like”, a “share”, a text, or a call away!

DIY Wedding, DIY Brides, Hermann Hill Weddings

Our Missouri wedding facility welcomes “Do It Yourself” brides!  As Missouri wedding consultants we do work with a wide spectrum of brides who have different ideas about how much they want to be involved in the pre-planning and the actual setup on their wedding day. I would say that probably 20% of our brides are true DIY brides.

In some cases, our dedicated staff can take care of the planning for a “last minute special” wedding over the phone and through email.  Or the bride might just choose to show up on her wedding day and have everything taken care of for her.  We pride in the fact that whatever your needs are we are there for you.

DIY brides should schedule a planning session where they take care of all of the major decisions that pertain to their day.  You could meet with the planning coordinator, our chef, a cake vendor, the officiate, and the florist.  With those decisions made, the bride can then focus on the details.  That’s where the “Do It Yourself” bride can have fun like putting together the program, finding the music, making favors and/or escort cards, shopping for all those extras such as the guest book, unity candle, or displaying photos, that makes the ceremony and reception unique.
.
On the day of the wedding, we have staff to assist with arranging favors on the tables, setting up a sand ceremony, putting the candy bar together, and all those detailed things that will pull a wedding together.  However, if the bride chooses to do that on her own, we are more than happy to step back and offer any assistance needed.  We tailor our services to meet your needs.

Remember...Orchestrating Affordable, Elegant Weddings at Hermann Hill is our Specialty!
