After you have made that all-important decision to book your wedding at Hermann Hill, your Wedding Coordinator is available to answer questions and help you choose the vendors who will best fit your needs. Following lots of schedule coordination, a planning session is set. During your planning, your Wedding Coordinator will help you sift through and record the details to make your actual wedding day run smoothly and effortlessly on your part. As you meet with vendors that day, she is there to offer guidance and support as needed.
Once the planning session is completed, your Wedding Coordinator’s work has only begun. She will compile notes from your planning and provide you, the vendors, and the Hermann Hill staff with copies. We work as a team, and that communication is a very important piece of the puzzle. Even though your planning session might be six months before your wedding, your Wedding Coordinator is always available to answer questions and offer continued support whether by phone, text, or e-mail.
Then, of course, sending reminders and inquiries to your vendors, guiding the rehearsal, and, FINALLY, greeting you and guiding you through your special day to make sure your vision is achieved are the last essential tasks. All of the Wedding Coordinators love what they do, and it shows!
