Why is it important to appoint someone to remove all personal items from the Bride's Room and Groom's Room following your ceremony?

Rental items need to be returned for full credit.

Other people will be in the bride's room and groom's room for a rehearsal or just exploring and they might take a wallet or purse left there.

Items left in the bride's room, groom's room, and chapel can be placed where your guests will claim them prior to departing your ceremony, eliminating the need to send out search parties the next day looking for missing items.

By appointing a responsible person to be in charge of left items in the Bride's and Groom's rooms, you remove significant pressure from the bride and groom ... and is part of sometimes overlooked post wedding etiquette.
