One of the most difficult things for a Wedding Coordinator to acknowledge is that she has to pass control of your reception to the DJ after the cutting of the cake, first dances, and garter toss. However, that does not mean that you do not need a well organized reception time line that your coordinator will go over with your DJ and monitor throughout the night. Professional DJ's are accustomed to working with wedding coordinators and expect to receive a time line to follow. At Hermann Hill, we always review your time line with the DJ and consult with them throughout the evening on what is happening next, who do we have to have ready, and when do we stop to have those special sunset pictures taken.
